OpenSupports is free and open source. You can install it on your own server and bare all the maintenance costs yourself or purchase a subscriptions to our cloud hosted solution. We will take care of installation, maintenance and updates.

What are the benefits of Cloud Hosting?

Installing OpenSupports in your own server can be complicated to maintain, upgrade, secure and scale. You also have to take account server expenses.

You can use your own domain for your cloud hosted instance of OpenSupports. You’ll need to open a support ticket for us to enable it.
